It is common if the clothes you received don’t fit the best on the first try. SUITCUBE needs your clothes to fit the best as well. Therefore, we will be pleased to assist you, referred to our warranty policy.

  • When you receive the product and try on a custom made product from us for the first time (first fitting) and if the clothes still don’t fit, you send back the product for the first alteration without costs for both alteration and delivery costs so that you can wear the perfect fit after receiving the altered product (second fitting).

Most alterations will be responsible by SUITCUBE AI except in these following cases:

  • A customer orders to shorten the sleeve for the first time but orders to make the sleeve longer for the second time.
  • The alteration from the second fitting is irrelevant to the first fitting. For example, first, a customer wants to alter the waist but wants to change the length of a shirt in the second fitting.
