Product Adjustments with SUITCUBE AI

Once you receive your product, there are two ways to ensure the perfect fit through SUITCUBE AI

1. Product Adjustments

  • Schedule a video call with SUITCUBE’s stylist via Facebook Messenger or LINE. For product adjustments, specify the details of the changes on the form included with your received item
  • Pack the item with the adjustment form in the original packaging. Remove the front label from the box and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package. Then, return the item to any of the 230 postal branches near you. “Check which postal branches support our returns”
  • Adjustment time is 3-5 days after receiving the returned item. The adjusted product will be sent back to your home

2. Product Adjustments (In-Store)

  • Visit any SUITCUBE branches for product adjustments
  • Adjustment time is 7 business days, and the revised product will be sent back to your home.
  • For the first return, there will be no charge for adjustments or shipping costs

Adjustments with your tailor, with costs covered by us.

  • For faster service, you can have your SUITCUBE AI product adjusted by a local tailor. The cost of adjustments should not exceed 10% of the total order. ***SUITCUBE will cover these costs***
  • SUITCUBE will cover the adjustment costs as follows : *For suits: up to 400 Baht *For trousers, shirts, and vests : up to 200 Baht
  • Customers can submit proof of adjustment costs, such as receipts, to us via Facebook Messenger or LINE to request reimbursement.
  • Using a local tailor for adjustments will void the product warranty from us
