Warranty, Exchange and Return Policy
When you get the product and need alteration, there are two methods to return the product. For the first return, there are no costs for both alteration and delivery costs.

If your suit doesn't fit as it is supposed to, just let us know so we can alter it.
SUITCUBE is a consultant, manufacturer, and distributor to enhance customers' look and confidence in dressing. If the product you received mismatches your preference, please let us know so we can alter it. We are more than pleased to assist. Please contact our customer service so we can guide you so that we can make the suit best fit for you.
SUITCUBE offers a wide variety of products, covering different warranty and return conditions as follows:
Readymade Products
- Readymade products include readymade suits, readymade trousers, readymade shirts, readymade leather products, and readymade accessories. It can be identified from the size label on the product or it is an already manufactured product.
- For a readymade product, you can exchange it for the preferred model within 7 days after receiving the product (based on the tracking number from the post). SUITCUBE covers the cost of delivery to return the product to the customer and if the preferred item is out of stock (for example, the product is temporarily out of stock due to a best seller or a discontinued product), the customer can exchange it for another type of product by paying for difference (if a new product has a higher price than the original) or refund the difference as a credit in our membership system (if a new product has a lower price than the original).
Custom Made Products
Custom made products refer to newly manufactured products based on the size of the customer, such as suits, trousers, shirts, and accessories. Custom made products include products that are not manufactured yet, products from new measurements from our stylist, measurement with SUITCUBE AI, or products according to customers' preferences.
Alteration can be made according to our conditions as follows:
- If you purchase a product at the shop, it can be altered within 7 days without costs after receiving the product (based on the date you receive the product from the store, excluding fitting time).
- If you purchase a product via SUITCUBE AI, it can be altered within 30 days without limiting the number of times and costs after receiving the product (based on the tracking number from the post). SUITCUBE covers the delivery cost of a return for 1 time by using the return sticker we provided or you can bring the product to our shop for alteration.
- Product alteration requires expertise. Please, learn the product alteration policy.
*The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns for custom made products since they are manufactured exclusively for each individual customer.
